A Natural Evolution
"This release represents the natural evolution of our partnership with MLB," says Nike Baseball creative director Marcus Clayton. "After revolutionizing uniforms with the City Connect series, we wanted to extend that storytelling to footwear that performs equally well on game day and city streets."
While Nike didn't create special editions for all 30 MLB clubs (focusing instead on the eight teams rolling out 2025 City Connect uniforms), the selected collections make bold style statements that transcend baseball's traditional color palettes.
