Hot on the heels of another sold-out GEL-Kayano 14 duo, JJJJound and ASICS are keeping their momentum going with a GEL-Quantum 360 collaboration launching June 26th.

The Montreal-based design studio first teased this unexpected pairing back in May through its characteristically minimalist social media reveal, leaving fans speculating about details. Today marks the full official unveiling of the project which continues JJJJound's streak of transforming performance silhouettes into understated lifestyle sneakers.

"The GEL-Quantum 360 represents one of ASICS' most technologically advanced models - making it the perfect canvas for JJJJound's reductionist approach"

Early assets reveal JJJJound's signature mute color treatment applied to the technical runner's engineered mesh upper, with contrasting burgundy accents on the ASICS stripes and GEL cushioning units that give the 360 its name. Like previous collaborations, branding is almost comically sparse - limited to subtle hits on the tongue and heel.

The release follows the brand's recent instantly sold-out dual GEL-Kayano 14 colorways, suggesting similarly swift moves will be required when these drop through JJJJound's webstore select ASICS retailers later this month.

Retail is set at $200 with sizing from US 3.5-14. No word yet if or when this will receive wider distribution - which for JJJJound projects typically means lightning quick sellouts followed by inflated resale prices.
