Nike Air Max 270 MLB City Connect sneakers

With a quarter of the season behind us, the 2025 MLB campaign is in full swing. It's too early to see who the true contenders for the World Series as well as end-of-season awards are, but at this juncture we can crown Nike as true innovators of the on-field jersey movement in the 21st century.

The athletic wear giant has just dropped its newest sneaker collaboration - the Nike Air Max 270 MLB City Connect Pack

Celebrating MLB's City Connect Series

This special collection honors MLB's increasingly popular City Connect uniforms, which reimagine team identities through the lens of their hometown cultures. The Air Max 270 takes this concept to new heights with bold color blocking and distinctive team motifs.

Key Features:

  • Vibrant colorways matching each team's City Connect palette
  • Team logos debossed on the heel tab
  • 270-degree Air unit for responsive cushioning
  • Special "City Connect" branding on the tongue
  • Breathable mesh upper with tonal gradient effects

Available Teams

The initial drop includes models for six MLB teams that have particularly striking City Connect uniforms:

  • Boston Red Sox (yellow/pink "B Strong" edition)
  • Chicago White Sox ("Southside" black/gray)
